EthosVerify is a SaaS platform that helps online businesses verify the identity of their users. We provide document verification (ID cards, business licenses), email and phone number confirmation, and activity monitoring. Platform operators integrate our tools into their own websites to verify sellers, freelancers, or customers before enabling transactions.

Yes. We take data security seriously:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
- Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (never stored in plaintext)
- We use AWS infrastructure with VPC isolation and WAF protection
- Verification documents are automatically purged after 90 days (configurable by customers)
- We never sell or share user data with third parties

We send only transactional emails necessary for the operation of the service:
- Account verification (confirm your email when you sign up)
- Password reset (when you request a new password)
- Login security alerts (when someone logs in from a new device)
- Billing receipts and service updates
- Verification emails sent to end-users on behalf of our customers
We use Amazon SES for reliable email delivery. All email addresses are collected directly from users with explicit consent. We never send marketing emails, we never use purchased lists, and we do not track opens or clicks. See our Email Communication Policy.
When a platform operator requests verification of a user:
1. The user receives a verification request (email or in-app notification)
2. They provide the required information — such as uploading a photo of their ID document
3. Our automated system extracts data from the document and checks for authenticity
4. Results are returned to the platform operator with a confidence score
5. The user's profile receives a verification badge if successful
The entire process typically takes less than 2 minutes for the end-user. Verification results are usually available within seconds.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until then. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments. If you cancel during the free trial, no charges will be made.
When you close your account:
- Your account data is retained for 30 days (in case you change your mind)
- After 30 days, your account data is permanently deleted
- Verification documents from your end-users are purged according to your configured retention period (default: 90 days)
- Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 12 months for disaster recovery

EthosVerify currently supports identity documents from over 80 countries including:
- Indonesia: KTP, SIM, Passport, KK
- Southeast Asia: National ID cards from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam
- Global: Passports from all countries, plus national ID cards and driver's licenses from most major economies
